Therapy vs. Coaching
- Therapy may be covered by insurance and focuses on mental health treatment and diagnosis.
- Coaching is private pay and focuses on personal growth, goals, and life direction.
Important Disclosures
- Therapy services are clinical services and may be billed to insurance when medically necessary.
- Coaching services and specialized coaching programs are non-clinical and are not covered by insurance.
- Court-related services, including court appearances and report writing, are not billable to insurance and are private pay only.
- Case management may be covered by insurance only when it is part of a clinical treatment plan and meets medical necessity requirements.
- Private pay services may include flexible payment options where applicable.
- Services are assigned based on clinical appropriateness and individual needs.
Reduced Fee Option
- Sliding scale rates may be available based on income.
- Proof of income is required before approval.
- Standard rates apply until documentation is received.
Payment Policy
- Payment is due at time of service.
- Missed payments may delay future scheduling.
Cancellation Policy
- 24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule.
- Late cancellations/no-shows may be charged a $45 fee.
- Three consecutive no-shows or late cancellations may result in discharge from services.
